I first heard about Healing House in the fall of 2008, when I had a chance to hear Bobby Jo Reed, founder of Healing House, tell her story and what she and the Holy Spirit were doing down in NE Kansas City, for women wanting to get off the streets, become productive citizens, reunite with their family, and change their lives. Fast forward too today, thousands of men and women have gone through Healing House, putting their addiction behind them, becoming good citizens reuniting with their families, and knowing there are people and a God that love them.
